MyGrief.ca helps you to understand and work through your grief. Free online modules that help you understand and navigate grief – to help people work through their grief from the comfort of their own home, at their own pace. It was developed by family members who’ve “been there,” and grief experts to complement existing community resources and help address the lack of grief services particularly in rural and remote areas. It is also an education tool for health providers.

Toronto Institute for Relational Psychotherapy (TIRP low-cost therapy)
This site will help you find a high quality therapist who is a good match for you and who charges a fee you can afford. We aim to reach those in the community who would not otherwise be able to access therapy due to financial constraints and other life circumstances that make it difficult to pay for full-fee psychotherapy services.
Al & Malka Green Artists’ Health Centre
Referrals are not required. If you self-identify as an artist, call us at 416 603 5263 to make an appointment with the Nurse Practitioner for an initial assessment. This hour-long appointment provides the opportunity to become acquainted with clinic services, discuss any of your concerns and explore treatment options available to you.

Hope for Wellness Help Line
The Hope for Wellness Help Line offers immediate mental health counselling and crisis intervention to all Indigenous peoples across Canada.Experienced and culturally competent Helpline counsellors. If asked, counsellors can also work with you to find other wellness supports that are available near you. Phone and chat counselling is available in English and French. On request, phone counselling is also available in: Cree, Ojibway, and Inuktitut. 1-855-242-3310

A free skill-building program managed by the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA). It is designed to help adults and youth 15+ manage low mood, mild to moderate depression and anxiety, stress or worry. Delivered over the phone with a coach and through online videos, you will get access to tools that will support you on your path to mental wellness.

Toronto Mental Health Resources List – City of Toronto
Support is available. At the beginning of the pandemic, the City of Toronto partnered with 13 organizations to help connect residents to free telephone, text and online mental health support during the COVID-19 pandemic. On April 16, 2021 the City announced partnerships with an additional 18 organizations to ensure that residents have increased access to mental health resources.
